SCOPIA Desktop Unified Videoconferencing

Do you have a Polycom, LifeSize, Sony, TANDBERG or any other H.323 videoconferencing system but want to invite participants with nothing more than a PC or MAC? They now can join a conference from anywhere without the need for expensive equipment or an IT department? We have the answer. Our SCOPIA Desktop Videoconferencing makes this a high definition reality. It supports the latest H.264 video standards with quality up to 720p and allows any combination of PC, MAC, Room based videoconferencing systems IP (H.323) or ISDN (H.320) and Telephone (POTS, Mobile) participants to join a meeting.

Built-In standards based H.239 data sharing allows you to share content from the PC to the room system and vice versa. In addition you can choose to record your conference and make it available as a password protected on-demand live or archived event. This solution has built-in multi-point capability so that all participants can hear and see each other while looking at a PowerPoint presentation. Live and On-Demand Video Streaming

Broadcast your video, audio and content to 10 or 10,000 participants. Use your existing IP or ISDN based videoconferencing system and dial into us. We take care of the rest. Viewers just need a good Internet connection and a web browser with flash installed which is already used on many web pages. If they don’t already have it – it installs itself in a few seconds right off the web page. They can watch on their MAC, PC or some smartphones. Our stream provides extremely high resolution of 704 x 480 pixels @ 30 frames per second with only about a 5 second latency and very high quality audio.

Your stream is secure thanks to protection via your custom User ID + Password. Text Chat Capability allows your participants to send messages or questions to the moderator. You have the option to record your stream and make it available for download or host it to allow for on-demand access. You can add streaming to any conference – even a multi-point conference. It works with any H.323 (IP) or H.320 (ISDN) compliant videoconferencing endpoint such as Polycom, LifeSize, Sony, TANDBERG or Aethra. Call speeds up to 2MB over IP and 512kbps over ISDN supported. Detailed Viewing Statistics are available after the conference.

We have a variety of recording and playback platforms allowing you to record high definition video, audio and presentations and make them available for either download or on-demand playback via Windows Media Player™, Apple QuickTime™, or Flash Player™.
